More Than a Job

Working at Battle Born means more than a job — it's a chance to guide young people through one of the most important turning points of their lives.

We're continuously expanding our team and seeking individuals who believe in the potential of Nevada's youth. Our team educates, trains, and mentors cadets ages 16–18 as they recover credits, build discipline, and prepare for productive futures.

If you're ready to build a career while shaping futures, we'd like to hear from you.
